Ticket Bookings

  1. Can I choose my seats?
    The Ticket hotline computerized ticketing system allocates seats on a best-seat-available basis. There will be no choice of seats.

  2. How long do I have to wait to receive my tickets?
    For delivery within Malaysia, please allow 5 working days for our processing and delivery by our designated courier company. 

    You can also choose to collect your tickets at our outlets

  3. Can I choose to collect my tickets at the venue?
    You can collect your tickets at the venue within one hour before show time, i.e. if the show time is 8pm, you can collect your tickets between 7pm and 8pm. (Available only for orders received at least 1 working day before the show.)

  4. When will my card be charged?
    Your card will be charged once your booking is confirmed.

  5. If I do not have a credit or charge card, can I still book tickets online?
    Currently, we only accept major credit cards (Visa, Master) for Internet, phone, and fax bookings. If you wish to pay by cash, please visit our outlets.
